Screen
basket, the screen basket and screen frame are separated components and they
are balanced separately. The screen basket scraper is installed to prevent the
discharged fluids from blocked on the screens, sometimes the solids content is
very high, it is not easy to get down from the screens. Based on different
drilling cuttings conditions, the replacement period will be different for the
screens, pls check with GN sales engineer team for the required quantity in one
year.

Flites
& Cone Rotor Assembly, the 8 flites are fixed on the rotor assembly, you
need to replace it completely. The flights are used to prevent cuttings
blocking the screens and scraping the mud inside the screens.

Bearings
replace time based on actual working time.

(4)  
Bell
jar with scraper, the scrapers are used for solids discharge scraping.

(5)  
Liquid
discharge ring, it is not easy to be damaged normally, 1 set is required as
back up.

According to our clients
feedback after using GN drilling waste management system, the oil content in
the cuttings is below 5% , in some countries, the parameter is acceptable for
environmental laws, but in some other country, they have extreme strict environmental
protection that they need the “number” under 1%. So they need the thermal
desorption unit to do the further treatment. But because of the high price of
the TDU, most clients can only rent it.

GN thermal desorption unit can

Decanter centrifuge for Horizontal Directional Drilling

Decanter centrifuge is seldom
used for horizontal directional drilling because of the high cost and
separation factor. Only when the fine solids accumulated on the mud recycling
system and the desilter cone can not separate them out, then the recycled mud
can not be used for drilling unless the fine solids (smaller than 15 microns)
could be reduced. GN low speed/ middle speed decanter centrifuge GNLW452
centrifuge should be used by such situation.

GN has shipped 4 sets of
1000gpm mud recycling system with 2 units of GNLW452 decanter centrifuges for
CPP(China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau) for their crossing project. Totally 4 sets
of desander mud cleaner with 2 10inch desander cone and double deck shale

The function of the decanter
centrifuge
in this system is not to separate all the fine solids under 15
microns, the purpose is to reduce the fine solids content in the recycled
fluids so it can be re-used for the drilling. So the centrifuge capacity do not
have to equal with the solids control mud cleaner, it is not always running, we
will open it according to the mud conditions.

Customized mud mixing tank system to South America

Recently we
shipped a complete set of customized mud mixing tank system to South America,
as a small part of a liquid mud plant.

The main configuration of the mud mixing tank system
is as below:

1 4 sets of 40 feet container size mud tanks with
necessary handrails, stairs, walkways, connection pipelines, valves, flexible
connections, flanges, man hole, clean gate, etc. 3 of them are mud mixing
tanks, 1 of them is mud processing tank.

2 Each tank with 2 units of GNJBQ15DD ( double blades)
mud agitators, 2 units of 2 inch mud guns, 1 fluids level meter

3 Each tank with 6×5 with 75HP centrifugal pump as
transfer pump, 75HP shear pump for cutting the mixed chemicals, 60HP mixing
pump working with venture hopper.All of the pumps are designed to multi

The transfer pump can work as feeding pump of shale
shaker
and OBM processing tank; the mixing tank can work as transfer pump when
stop mixing. The shear pump can work as transfer pump when it is available or

Containerized drilling waste management system to cold area

Containerized drilling waste management system is
special designed by GN solids control for cold weather and other purpose. We
have made a lot of sets of drilling waste management system customized and
installed them inside the standard 40ft container. The purpose is as below:

1 easy transportation, bulk cargo shipment is always
not so flexible on freight line arrangement. Our system can be shipped as a
container through our handlings.

2 prevent of the cold weather: Especially in Russia,
our system can work when the temperature lower to -40°,
there is special insulation inside the container to keep the equipments warm.

3 There is air conditioner and fan which is for the
operation in summer.

4 Door and windows are opened for operation,

Vacuum tank degasser for drilling fluids

Normally there are 2 types degassers in solids control
drilling fluids system, one is vacuum tank degasser, the other one is Atmospheric
Degasser. GN solids control produce vacuum tank degasser for oil & gas
drilling solids control system.

We have 2 models vacuum tank degasser, GNZCQ270 &
GNZCQ360, both of them with 920mm diameter vacuum tank, and with same footprint
same dimension. GNZCQ270 with treating capacity 270m3/h, GNZCQ360 with treating
capacity 360m3/h. We will choose correct model according to the drilling rig

which is used before solids control system, as a part of well
control, usually it is working together with flare igniter. The flare igniter
is located far from the drilling rig which is the safety area without hazardous
gas. It is connected with the mud gas separator by pipes according the distance
from the drilling rig to safety area.
