trenchless civil construction works.
You
have 2 options for GN mud mixing & cleaning system:
Option
#1: Jet mud mixer+ Mud storage tank + GN economy mud cleaning system
The
Mud storage tank can be replaced by a mud pit which is existing owned by the
HDD contractor, it is used to reserve the fluids after mixing which can be
re-used for the project and reserve the fluids discharged from the mud cleaning
system.
The
jet mud mixer is a compact designed skid with mud hopper and mixing pump,
electric control cabinet, pipes. The separated jet mud mixer is more flexible
in the actual utilization.
GN
economy mud cleaning system including 3 standard models, GNMS-200D, GNMS-500D,
GNMS-1000D, all of them with a double deck shale shaker with different numbers
of hydrocyclones.
Option
#2:
GN
self-contained mud cleaning system, this is a multi-function mud system with
mud mixing, mud cleaning, mud storage functions. The advantages for such
self-contained design is for convenient operation, easy moveable, better
separation performance. But with a little higher price compared with the
economy mud cleaning system.

1 is choosed when you already have a mud pit/ storage tank, and mud mixing function
is not so required,and you have space limit in the jobsite, so you need a smart
unit with the good cleaning function.

from one site to another with better performance.
