Este sistema montado sobre patines se utiliza para recuperar el aceite del lodo aceitoso procedente de diversas fuentes, como los recortes de residuos de perforación, residuos de refinerías y restos de tanques de aceite. Está compuesto por dosificación química, premezcla, separación en 2 fases y módulos de separación trifásica.

Para fines económicos, el cliente recibió instrucciones de reemplazar el sistema de dosificación de polímero automático por un simple tanque de mezclado en el que el cliente puede verter el líquido o los productos químicos en polvo para preparar la solución química. La solución se bombeará al tanque de premezcla para la emulsificación para eliminar el aceite de los sólidos. El recipiente de premezcla está equipado con un mejor rendimiento de la línea de calentamiento.

Un mini shale shaker y una mini centrífuga decantadora son los principales equipos en el proceso de separación de 2 fases. Los lodos después de un tiempo de demulsificación en el tanque de premezcla se transfieren a la unidad de agitación para la eliminación de sólidos de gran tamaño; el líquido con sólidos finos se bombeará a la centrífuga decantadora para la separación de sólidos finos. La mayoría de los sólidos se pueden eliminar en este proceso; el líquido descargado de la centrífuga decantadora consiste en agua, aceite y poca cantidad de sólidos, todo lo que se recogerá en un tanque de amortiguación esperando la separación de 3 fases.

En el procedimiento de separación de 3 fases, se utiliza una centrífuga tipo disco para separar el aceite, el agua y los sólidos ultrafinos. Al usar este sistema de tratamiento de lodos de petróleo, el petróleo podría recuperarse de los desechos para reducir considerablemente la descarga de desechos. Esto es beneficioso para la protección del medio ambiente y también es bueno para obtener un beneficio económico.
