Introduction:
Oil sludge treatment is a critical process that helps to remove impurities and contaminants from oil, making it reusable and safe for the environment. Recently, we had the opportunity to work on an oil sludge treatment project for a South American client, and we are excited to share the details of our innovative modular design with you.
The Modular Design:
The core of our system lies in its modular design, which allows for easy installation and customization based on the client’s specific needs. The system includes three main components: the GN solids vacuum pump for sludge transfer, the GN shale shaker for large particles, and the GN decanter centrifuge for fine particles between 2-5 microns.
The GN solids vacuum pump is a powerful and efficient tool for transferring oil sludge from one location to another. It can handle high volumes of sludge and is designed to be durable and reliable, even in harsh environments.
The GN shale shaker is used to remove large particles from the sludge, such as debris and other solid waste. This helps to ensure that the centrifuge can effectively process the remaining sludge and remove fine particles.
Finally, the GN decanter centrifuge is used to remove fine particles from the sludge, leaving behind clean and reusable oil. The centrifuge is designed to be highly effective at removing particles between 2-5 microns, which is essential for achieving high-quality oil.
Industrial and Water Waste Treatment:
In addition to its effectiveness in oil sludge treatment, our centrifuge can also be used for industrial and water waste treatment. This allows our clients to achieve their environmental goals by reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
