The complete system has been shipped to an overseas customer and is tailored to handle high-solid-content slurry generated from utility excavation, HDD, and similar applications where vacuum trucks or hydrovacs are used to collect slurry from job sites.

This turnkey solution integrates five main modules, each engineered for efficient, staged separation and compact, flexible installation.
1. Coarse Shaker Module – GNLMP-1536
The process begins with the GNLMP-1536 Coarse Shaker Module, designed to handle large volumes of incoming slurry while efficiently removing oversized solids, rocks, and debris. This helps protect downstream equipment and ensures a smooth process. The modular design makes it ideal for fast mobilization and deployment on-site.

2. Double Deck Fine Shaker Module – GNZS596K

The GNLW553D-VFD Decanter Centrifuge is the core of the dewatering process. With a large bowl diameter and variable frequency drive (VFD), this centrifuge is capable of handling high slurry volumes with excellent separation efficiency. It removes fine particles and reduces the total solids content to meet environmental discharge or disposal requirements.

5. 20ft Chemical Dosing Module
To further enhance separation efficiency, the system includes a 20ft Containerized Chemical Dosing Unit.
