GN Solids Participated in ITTC 2025

GN Solids Control proudly participated in the 2025 China International Trenchless Technology Conference (ITTC), a premier exhibition that brought together industry leaders, innovators, and professionals from the global trenchless construction sector. Held in China, ITTC 2025 served as an excellent platform for GN to demonstrate its cutting-edge technologies for slurry management and solid-liquid separation—critical components in modern tunnel boring and pipe jacking projects.

Highlighting GN’s Flagship Equipment
At the event, GN Solids Control showcased two of its most advanced systems:
🔹 GNTBM-360B Slurry Separation Plant
This system is specifically engineered for tunnel boring machine (TBM) operations, providing efficient and continuous slurry treatment. It is equipped with GN’s high-performance GNZS1536-2A double-deck shale shaker, known for its robust design and enhanced screening capabilities. The shaker offers an adjustable vibration amplitude of 4–8 mm, allowing flexible operation across varying soil and slurry conditions. The GNTBM-360B is capable of processing up to 360 m³/h of slurry, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted support for TBM operations while reducing environmental impact through slurry recycling.

🔹 GNLW632B Large Bowl Decanter Centrifuge
Also displayed at the exhibition was the GNLW632B, GN’s heavy-duty decanter centrifuge designed for dewatering and fine solids separation. With a bowl diameter of 18 inches and high-speed rotational capability, this centrifuge is ideal for removing ultra-fine solids in trenchless and tunneling applications. It supports the final dewatering stage after primary screening, providing cleaner water for reuse or discharge and minimizing waste volume. Built with wear-resistant components and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) control, the GNLW632B offers long-lasting, adaptable performance even in harsh working environments.

Driving Innovation in Trenchless Technology
GN Solids Control’s solutions are engineered to improve the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of trenchless construction projects. By integrating multi-stage separation—from coarse screening to high-speed centrifugation—GN systems reduce slurry treatment time, cut fluid losses, and lower disposal costs.
At ITTC 2025, GN’s experts engaged with numerous engineers, project managers, and equipment suppliers, discussing customized solutions tailored to their regional and operational needs. Visitors appreciated GN’s compact and modular system designs, which allow for flexible site layout and quick deployment.

Commitment to the Global Trenchless Market
Participation in ITTC 2025 reaffirmed GN Solids Control’s commitment to serving the trenchless and tunneling industries with dependable, high-performance equipment. With ongoing projects across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, GN continues to expand its international presence through innovation, quality, and customer-focused service.
