Oil & gas drilling flare ignitor (igniter) is used to fire the harmful gas in hazardous environments, like drilling site. It is not included in drilling rig solids control equipments, but it is closed related to solids control system, so GN put flare ignitors and mud gas separators with solids control equipments together. Degasser Vacuum-Flo 1200

Degasser Vacuum-Flo 1200 is with treating capacity 1200gpm, similar with GN ZCQ270 vacuum degasser, for vacuum degasser in stock & immediate shipment, welcome to contact GN solids control. 

Unlike traditional vacuum degasser, ZCQ270 vacuum degasser is a self-contained unit. The gas-cut mud is drawn into the degasser by a vacuum created by a regenerative vacuum without centrifugal pump. Moreover, it can act as a big agitator for the drilling mud, to help the treatment for desander and desilter.

The piping in the mud tank is the main components of a mud tank. The piping are various according to different functional mud tanks. Generally it includes mud mixing line, mud gun line, clean water line, suction line, bypass, overflow line, mud weighting, mud cleaner inlet & outlet line.

Drilling mud tank level measuring system also called level sensor. Pneumatic level sensors are used where hazardous conditions exist, where there is no electric power or its use is restricted, and in applications involving heavy sludge or slurry.

Bentonite is widely used for oil & gas drilling fluids. It is curtail drilling fluid invasion by its propensity for aiding in the formation of mud cake.

When it is liquefied into slurry, must be disposed of carefully and properly to avoid compromising the safety of the people who may be exposed to it.

A effective way is to recycle it by bentonite recycling system to reuse it for the drilling, it can less the burden of disposal. Bentonite recycling system is a complete set of mud system, including mud tank, shale shaker, mud cleaner( desander, desilter), mud agitator, electric control system, etc.

4 way flow divider is used to distribute the feed drilling fluids to more than 2 units shale shaker evenly in the same solids control system, so that they can separate drill cuttings from the used drilling fluids better. You can choose the qty of ways according to the shaker qty and layout.

Sometimes the flow divider should be made compact because of not enough place on the mud tank, they will be connected with the back buffer box of the shale shaker, and there will also be bypass valve to allow the drilling fluids drop into the tank directly if they do not have to pass shale shaker.
