Pistola Mezcladora de Lodo

Pistola Mezcladora de Lodo is used for mixing and agitating the drilling fluids, to less the precipitation in the tank,and less the cleaning times.

Pistola Mezcladora de Lodo also called pistola de lodo o pistol mezcladora. Its common material for oilfield operation is carbon steel, GN designed pistola de lodo has 3 nozzles with 120°, it can mix the mud evenly. In oil & gas drilling operation, its pressure is up to 6.4Mpa, but in other small drilling mud system, its pressure is in normal pressure, 1.0~3.2Mpa.

Bomba Centrifuga

In oil & gas drilling mud system and trenchless mud recycling system, Bomba centrifuga is usually used as feed pump of mud cleaner/ mud conditioner. Sometimes it also be as feed pump of Centrífuga decantadora, Desgasificador , bomba de lodo. Except for these functions, it can also used as mixing pump, charging pump, trip pump.

Bomba centrifuga de GN is same or equivalent with Mission pump, and the spare parts can be replaceable.

Desarenador

GN has 3 types of desarenador avaiblale, the most common one is GNWS-1S, GNWS-2S, GNWS-3S. This type desander has no underflow shaker, it separates the large solids only by hydrocyclone.

The 2^nd type is the old design desander with a small underflow shaker, which has only with 1m2 screen area, it can recycle more drilling fluids and dry the separated cuttings by the small shaker.

The 3^rd type is GN new designed mini mud cleaner– only with desander cones. It has a small shale shaker GNZS752 with a 1.4m2 screen area, it has better treating performance than the 2^nd type and 1^st type, and separate dry cuttings, but its cost is much cheaper than the big mud cleaner GNZJ703.

Agitador de Lodo

Agitador de Lodo is used in mud tank system to agitate the drilling mud, to avoid settlement. It is composed of an electric motor, a gear box, agitator shaft, impeller and accessories.

There are 2 mothods of connection between the motor and agitator gear box, one is direct connection, the other one is shaft connection( between the agitator gear box and motor, there is a shaft to connect them),. The 2^nd type is not popular any more, most of the mud agitators adopted the 1^st type.

Gear box is an essential component for the mud agitator, also it is wearable. Before operating the mud agitator, pls add oil first to the gear box, otherwise it will be easily broken.

Bomba de Tornillo

Bomda de Tornillo is a type of positive displacement pump which is used for feeding decanter centrifuge. Sometimes when centrifuge is installed on a high stand, Bomba de tornillo is installed under the stand. When centrifuge is installed on a mud tank, it is installed on the skid of the mud tank. See the photo below.

Nemo pump is the most world famous pump for centrifuge, and you do not have to import spare parts if there is a distributor of Nemo pump in your country. You can buy it locally when rotor or stator is broken.

Degasser Vacuum-Flo 1200

Degasser Vacuum-Flo 1200 is with treating capacity 1200gpm, similar with GN ZCQ270 vacuum degasser, for vacuum degasser in stock & immediate shipment, welcome to contact GN solids control.

Unlike traditional vacuum degasser, ZCQ270 vacuum degasser is a self-contained unit. The gas-cut mud is drawn into the degasser by a vacuum created by a regenerative vacuum without centrifugal pump.
