GN Decanter centrifuge is utilized to remove solids in oilfield drilling operation to achieve drilling fluids purification system. Decanter centrifuge is also named as horizontal screw discharge or sedimentation centrifuge, and is the special solids control equipment to conduct liquid separation. It is normally applied as fourth stage equipment; the first stage is shale shaker, then desander and desilter.  Desander, desilter and shale shaker are in one unit for the mud cleaner. In oilfield drilling, there are normally two sets of decanter centrifuge for sale to purify the  fluid.

1) The first centrifuge is with middle speed, G force around 700~1000 and speed roughly 2000RPM.It mainly used for recovering barite which is an expensive material for drilling mud. The recovered barite will not be discharged and turned back to the drilling rig mud system. A high performance decanter centrifuge with the effective barite recovery contributes to reduce the drilling cost and increase drilling efficiency

2) The second decanter centrifuge is used for the treatment of the drilling cuttings. It is mainly used to separate fine solids from the low gravity solids mud. Technically, it is used to downstream from vertical cutting dryer after high-G shaker.

Si para el agua a base de barro, sólo tenemos que sustituir el secador vertical de recortes para alta fuerza-G zaranda secadora. Fuimos, algunos clientes utilizan alta fuerza-G zaranda secadora por tanto aceite a base de lodo y  agua a base de lodo para reducir el costo de producción.

Cost Effective
The VS 518 effectively removes the finest of silts and returns the expensive
fluid for re-use within the system. Minimizing cost for make up fluids ,
dilution , cleanup and disposal..

The dust on the casing should be cleaned periodically.Before operation the fix bolts of the motor should be checked to see if they are loosened. If so, they should be fixed tightly before use.

Check to see if the service cable is rubbed, buried or squeezed.A good lubrication of the drilling waste management should be ensured during their operation.An appropriate amount of high temperature lubricating grease LGHP2 by SKF was injected for the bearing before its assemblage, with it’s working temperature between -40～200°C.No less than 25.8g lubricating grease LGHP2 should be injected into each bearing for every 2000 hours.

 When Mud Cleaner is found that temperature of the bearing is 10℃ higher than its average daily temperature (meaning that the so-called risen temperature is that measured at the bearing location of motor casing on-the-spot subtracts from the outside environmental temperature) in 2000hours, Mud Agitatorshows that the bearing is lacking of lubrication, the lubricating period and the amount should be both reduced.

GN solids control Tanques de mezclado del lodo de perforación y Zarandas fueron enviados a Venezuela esta semana. Es un sistema de un tanque de  mezclado con  funciones de limpieza y de mezcla de lodo de perforación, y se utilizará para la operación de equipo de reacondicionamiento.

Un conjunto de tolvas de mezclador está instalado en el extremo del tanque skid. En lugar de la parte superior del tanque,  la tolva de mezclador se encuentra en el patín para la operación del operador fácil. Esto ayudará a ahorrar mano de obra cuando el transporte de los materiales de lodo de perforación a la tolva.

Ángulo de la cubierta de la zaranda ajustada por motor electric

Uno de los aspectos más destacados de esta zaranda es la cubierta zaranda puede ser levantada por un motor eléctrico. Tradicionalmente, el ajuste del ángulo de la cubierta zaranda se realiza por la operación mecánica que es lento y difícil de llegar a un ángulo ideal en un corto período de tiempo.

El sistema de mezcla de lodo sólo contiene una zaranda, sin desarenador, deslimador y centrífuga decantadora, que es normal en el sistema de  lodo de workover, utilizan mallas finas en lugar de otro de estos equipos para ahorrar dinero.
