Introduction to GN Double Deck Shale Shaker

GNZS596 series Double Deck shale shaker by GN Solids Control is widely used in various industries such as piling, tunnel boring machines (TBM), large oil and gas drilling rigs, and trench-less projects, as well as for multi-phase separation. With a processing capacity of up to 140 cubic meters per hour, it features two 2.2 kW vibrating motors for effective screening. The upper deck has a screening area of 1.36 square meters, while the lower deck has 2.73 square meters. The deck angle can be adjusted from -1° to +5° to meet different screening requirements. Its compact design makes it easy to install and is suitable for those who prioritize efficiency and space utilization.

Introduction to GN Vertical Cutting Dryer

For African customers, GN Solids Control provides the GNCD930G series vertical cutting dryer. These dryers can process up to 50 tons of cuttings per hour and reduce the oil content to below 5%, which greatly improves resource reuse. They employ centrifugal force technology to dry cuttings from oil-based and synthetic-based drilling mud. All major rotating parts have undergone dynamic balance testing to ensure stability and minimize operational noise.

GN Solids Control offers a vertical cutting dryer with a speed of 900RPM and a separation G Force of 420G, which meets standard usage requirements. Furthermore, customers can opt for frequency conversion control to adjust the speed based on their specific needs for optimal results.
